TODAY'S RECIPE IS Perfect Vanilla Pastry Cake Recipe You'll Ever Tried | Homemade Vanilla Pastry Cake | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla pastry cake
2 eggs
Separate the yolks
Sugar 1/4 cup
Add gradually
Beat until stiff peaks
Oil 2 tbsp
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Add gradually
6 inch greased pan
Swirl with a toothpick To remove air bubbles
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low flame for 20-30 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 mins
Let it cool down
Cut into three layers
Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Beat until stiff peaks
Separate some cream
Pink food color
Brush sugar syrup
Spread cream evenly
Repeat the process
Cut the edges
Sprinkle
Keep it in the fridge for 2-4 hours before serve
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
