The song “Hell’s Greatest Dad” was actually supposed to be just Lucifer singing, but then Alastor heard “Usually I charge a sacrificial lamb, but you get the family rate”, which is an objectively funny line, and he absolutely lost his shit because a new challenger had appeared in his hotel.

I can totally see Alastor having done all that to the overlords just because they didn't like his dad jokes. I love how no matter how petty or ridiculous his actions here, it feels like something that would happen in the actual show. He is the perfect character for these dubs.
