My friends and I had the theater to ourselves opening weekend. When the flerken started eating everyone with "Memory" playing in the background, we just started laughing hysterically, like "Is this for real?"

The MCU has hit the same stage the comics are at. A lot of history, stories branching in random directions at the writer's whim, everything is loved by someone, but nothing is loved by everyone.
