Great tips, Rajiv. As a mechanic, I find that friends and customers often do not respect my time. They will engage me in idle chit chat and if I charged for conversation or for the time they spend showing me their cars or other things, like an attorney would, then I would make a lot more money...and/or have less wasted time in conversation. One mechanic shop had a sign on his wall that said, "conversation costs time and money: my time and your money".

I hate it when people make a appointment with me and they dont show up. That means they dont respect me. And i woud no more trust them.

Great video and topic. I agree 💯. I get annoyed when people waste my time, and they think its okay to do so. Unless its unfortunate circumstances like traffic or construction. I am always on time because i give myself lots of extra time.

To not wait for just ten or fifteen minutes in this world for a person is to me a breaking deal. People might be in traffic or have an accident or maybe somebody got in a fight or anything out of our control could happen and that doesn't mean that person doesn't respect you or your time. If a person does this very often or for more than fifteen minutes that is different. I think to be so inflexible is also rude because relation ships are also about trust.
