Looks like an old Selfie World space. I converted a few of their closures into multi vendor marketplaces in California. There are a lot of opportunities beyond daily retail with spaces like these. Events, classes, local artist showcases, livestream sales, Whatnot, etc.. Be sure to engage with your local community and avoid vendors selling Temu junk. Keep it authentic as possible and your customers will be happy. Good luck!

I would think it was neat if I walked into an flea market/antique mall, saw a display by someone I follow on TY and in that display were items for sale that had appeared in a video. It would legitimately make me more prone to buying something, or paying more than I usually would for an item I want. Even more so if it had a tag that said something to the effect of "Head to <YT page>, video # 6 to see how we picked up this item!" You could even have something like business cards printed up that say it, with a blank spot to fill in the video name, number, or date. Maybe put a QR code on it that takes you right to the channel? I don't know. Just throwing out ideas as I watch the video, lol
