My girlfriend has this condition, she fears she might not have a long life. Watching this video just gave me a sense of hope, now I can tell her that she has so much time to live, and now I feel I have so much time to give her a happy life

I’ve actually just been diagnosed with Tachycardia...Today... I’m also 23... I had originally went to my gp about my anxiety and palpitations but after she heard a few other symptoms she had me do a Ambulatory (24hr) ECG, and so I got the results today... I was just doing some research as I didn’t understand my doctor much over the phone (covid restrictions so telephone appointments only) After watching your video, I think it’s helped me appreciate that it isn’t as bad as what you went through and how strong you are to have gotten through it! I honestly need to make changes right now before I also have to share the same story... or worse...

I got diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia after passing out during a cross country meet. I was 16. After being in the hospital for two weeks I had an ablation that failed. After the second ablation it “fixed” the serious issues, although I still have some flare ups to this day, 6 years later.

I just got diagnosed with SVT a couple weeks ago and keep having attacks. I’ve been so scared to do anything but having hope everything will get better because these attacks are so scary.

Had my first and only Episode of SVT just before I turned 19. I was very healthy but had a lot of stress. When I was diagnosed I was at the gym and my heart rate shot to 240 bpm. I got treated with adenosine at the time. I’m 22 now, not had an episode since but I do get palpitations every so often and chest pain. I don’t really know where to go from here and I’m trying my best to go back to normal but honestly I don’t know what to do.

I have been diagnosed with this from last year when I was actually 12 years old, honestly it’s horrible having such an illness at such a young age, the first time I this happened to me my heart was beating 200 beats per minute it was HORRIBLE, I couldn’t really breath and i was nauseous and dizzy ugh I really hated it, anyways feel free to ask any questions!❤

It’s weird I have these but I’m a guy. I notice it happened a lot when really stressed and sometimes when I played football. If you are reading this you are not alone. I know what it feels like to not have anyone else who understands and to feel afraid.

I have panic attacks and I have tachycardia and I hate it but usually I feel a rage of fear and heart racing but I can calm myself down within minutes then there is other times as I feed into my fear and my heart races so fast and hard sooo right now just going through test I never had any problems with my “ resting heart rate “

i am 20 & was just diagnosed with tachycardia. it’s a very isolating diagnosis. i’ve suffered from ectopic beats, shortness of breath, adrenaline rushes for years & never knew what the root cause of it was. after some testing my cardiologist told me it was tachycardia. it’s tough, everyday is a battle, but we’ll get through.

I'm pretty sure I have NSVT. I get runs of 2-6 really fast forceful beats randomly sometimes, but especially during intimate activity. Strange thing is, sometimes it doesn't happen even if I engauge in intimate activity multiple times a day. I actually had some really scary NSVT episodes after sprinting when I was 12 and then miraculously didn't experience them again until I was 31. I had plenty of isolated ectopics (picked up some isolated PACs on an ekg once during severe panic attack in the ER) but nothing else. Not sure why I was so lucky in my 20s but now life is basically hell. I have to live in constant fear of death and worst of all, if I have a panic attack, I will surely die. Always teetering on the ednge of the abbyss.
