An Old Free Flight Glider Converted to R/C - Just a Bit of Fun!

Ok, that’s over with. Now, about this week’s video. Due to the pandemic, my usual flying fields are no longer mowed, and have become practically unusable for DLG flying. So, left with only my backyard for flying, I’ve been trying to make some good backyard-flyer micro DLGs. In this video, I tried converting one of my old free flight gliders to R/C and gave it some test flights. Certainly not my best flyer, but it’s a fun little plane for flying in small spaces.

It is flies very nice, the controller is suitable for it. I like when You turn left or right. This glider is very stable too. Nowadays I catch some thermals, so it is give some flight time. :)
