CAR-T Cells Attacking Cancer Cells

We observed the CAR-T cells attacking cancer cells in our previous post in 3D. By observing and analyzing the phenomenon in different angles using our TomoStudio software, we can obtain more insight regarding the sample.
The pseudo-colored object in red is comprised of a high RI material found mostly in cancer cells and not CAR-T cells, thus allowing for digital differentiation without any external labeling.
