Hi Yash, I have booked appointment for my wife and child for month of oct 2024. When recently when I logged into her account I cannot see appointment confirmation page, reschedule option and no option to request expedite appointment. I desperately in need to prepone their appointment to nearest possible date but unable to do so due to portal issue. Raised case with customer care but they are not providing proper resolution. Kindly help

I dont understnand how it is a "desperate attempt" if we apply from a embassy outside India ? if say i have to attend a conference which is on fixed date, obviously i cannot afford the illogical 250-1000 waiting days to get an appointmenmt. I have to explore options like visiting a country like Singapore/Thailand etc and applying at the consulte there
