Thank you! My teacher only taught us to find the answers by setting it equal to 0, not that we were supposed to check them against the formulas. This makes much more sense now.

How would you write this out if you have to give the answer as an ordered pair? Is Y always 0 ? Or do you sub x in to one of those and solve ?
