This was the info I felt was missing from your benxh press video. A lot of weightlifting is about avoiding injury by cueing safer movement patterns, especially for beginner lifters who are going to take your advice verbatim. Just because a world record bencher flares her elbows, doesn't mean a novice lifter should, especially if their upper back is not set. Fitness advice is nuanced and nothing is ever completely safe, or completely correct. This was a good video!

Use resistance bands on most of these exercise. Much safer and you can add as much or little weight as you need without hurting yourself.
