The City’s Comprehensive Plan is a 20 to 30-year framework to guide the Plano’s future. While many aspects of the Plan remain the same, the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee and Planning & Zoning Commission are proposing major changes related to four key topics: density, land use, transportation and growth management.
