VMAX VX2 Extreme & VX5 Pro | Budget and Performance E-scooter!

Since 2015, the Swiss company VMAX has been a major force in the electric scooter market in Europe. Last year, it made an entry into the US market. The VMAX VX2 Extreme and the VX5 Pro, two new models introduced to the US market, are now being shown to us for the first time.

The scooters aren't built in Switzerland like your favorite watch or chocolate, but the brand is capitalizing on its Swiss pedigree and the high reputation that comes with it. However, the brand's industry-leading two-year guarantee, emphasis on UL certification testing, IPX6 waterproof rating, and fully-stocked replacement parts warehouse in the US, in case anyone has to test out that warranty, all seem to reflect its continued commitment to quality.

The scooter also retains its IPX6 water resistant grade, SGS certification for UL 2722, VMAX Connect App, and sealed drum brakes in addition to regenerative braking.

There are two longer-range choices with larger batteries that give 17 or 22 miles (27 or 35 km) for just $50 more each. The $449 entry-level price includes a smaller 11-mile (18 km) battery.
