The Faces of Evil & Wand of Gamelon Remastered (Trailer)

Yep, so after four years of work in my spare time, I decided to re-imagine the Zelda CD-i games for PC. EDIT: I have removed the downloads. However, a fan patched version has been uploaded that I highly recommend everyone check out.

I interviewed the creator of these, Dale DeSharone, back in 2006 for Retro Gamer magazine. He passed away not long after. If you see any interview text online, it's mine. I was the only person to interview him about these.

And I've always said: if they were remade with better controls, players would see that they are not bad games, really.

I’m so glad I clicked on this and didn’t just scroll away after initially thinking it was a joke trailer. Its great you’ve done this so more people can actually play these games, because who wants to buy a CDi and copies of these games, and CDi emulation is way more convoluted than its worth. I look forward to playing these

i feel like remastering these are a strong powerplay instead of making a better version of the game, and i applaud you for that

if nintendo does nothing, these games will be brought to a new generation, which is always a good thing IMO

if nintendo DMCA's or does a takedown, they acknowledge these, and by default must own up to them, which is also a good thing
