The Nepali guy who remained hopeful 16:45 is a huge inspiration. Im one of the few Mexicans who Work with Nepali people at a Nepali restaurant, and they are the most Beautiful and Humble people ever, they treat you with so much love and respect that they make you feel like Family.

I started tearing up after Adam interviewed the man from Nepal... I can't even begin to imagine smiling after such a long journey without any definite success. That is courage, and it is beautiful.

I felt Adam choked after speaking to the Nepalese guy who traveled alone and seeing him leaving by himself.. And when Adam asked where he got all the strength, the guy said the most powerful words, “faith in God.” Adam felt for the guy who showed him what courage and faith is about, and made him realize how lucky he was.

The guy travelling alone is the epitome of hope and being grateful to God regardless of the situation. I admire his resilience.

As an American, Ive always been annoyed about our immigration problem. However, hearing these stories has given me a new perspective on everything. The part where the guy says he's "fortunate enough to not understand why these people are doing this" really hit hard.

im cuban and icompleted this journey when i was 12 in 2016 along with my parents and other migrants we met in the way i safely made it to the united states but i would never do it again and dont recommend it to anyone, it is the hardest thing ever. And we saw many people die or get deported in the way. out of a group of 10 cubans who where with us during the journey 2 of them are still very close friends with us and we meet for every Christmas/ birthdays/new year/ and thanksgiving because is like if we were a real family and each other is all we got in this country. The people in this video had it easy we didnt have anyfood aside for brown sugar and uncooked oatmeal we made with the water from the river. and my mom and i got our periods there and we didnt have supplies. it is important to not take everything for granted and be grateful for everything you have even if its just a little

I am from Brazil and I honestly had no idea people went from Colombia all the way to the US by foot.
Mad respect for these people, my heart breaks for them and I admire their courage so much. I hope for a bright prosperous future for them all.
Thanks for making this doc for us!
