This is the most common complaint which we are facing with our patients nowadays. With long hours of working on the system where they are not able to get good amount of sleep or stressful lifestyle there is a volume loss happening under the eyes. This is visible as deep grooves which are formed and gives a tires and daggered look to the face. Even if they are fresh after a sleep still the face doesn’t look fresh only because of deep hallow sunken eyes. It is also complicated by pigmentation around the eyes. Both of these cannot be corrected by just a cream application. A skin lightening cream will help in lightening the pigmentation, but if the depth is more you need to correct it with a simple procedure called as dermal filler. Dermal filler is a gel which is injected into the eye. Before the procedure we apply a cream to numb the skin. Then it is a painless procedure. The tiny injections can be given just under the groove which give a remarkable difference within a couple of minutes. This will take away the wrinkle formation under the eyes also. It is going to prevent ageing why because it is going to give a support under the skin which will act as a bridge and prevent further volume loss and regenerate the blood vessels around the eyes giving a more fresher look. This is going to take away the requirement of more cosmetics used on the face also. It is a very simple procedure and very negligible pain. Mostly hyaluronic acid filler is done. This is the most commonly available filler and as soon as it is done you can see the difference. Pigmentation or darkness around the eyes can be treated with simple basic creams. The most common one is to use a moisturiser. Rubbing the eyes may cause pigmentation or there may be some eczema conditions. Using a moisturiser followed by a sunscreen also would be beneficial. This may be combined with skin lightening creams applied at night.

Derma fillers are too expensive especially considering the fact that they only last for 1 year which means it has to be repeated again and again. Not possible for the average ppl. I am searching for natural ways to get rid of hollow eyes. I'm only 18. Although, my dark circles and hollow eyes are genetic, I have worsened them by using screens for too long, not drinking enough water everyday, not getting enough sleep etc.
Hopefully, I'll be able to find ways to reduce them naturally. All the best to yall as well

But the way I'm working hard and continuosly concentrating on monitor for 10hours a day along with callings that too night shift it is really really very tuff n painful... And the main thing is you can't get a good sleep in day times and also reaching home in the morning and after within couple of hours evening run to office really hard... And these family financial tensions are making me mad.. Literally making me cry...

Easy fix turn the same color as your dark circles that way they highlight less and wear if your not satisifed with how they look after tanning to the color then wear glasses ensure to wear glasses that bring out your facial features and adds symmetry if your face is assymetrical now you look a model. No to cry about not being able to afford cosmetic procedures do this until you can afford them you will thank me later.

Can someone please give me some advice? I have a hollower looking undereye with darkened skin, following a traumatic eye injury so this is NOT a genetic issue for me. It's been 5 months since the accident. I have been left with this hyperpigmentation that is really distressing and affecting my self confidence. I have tried using hyaluronic acid creams and gels and whilst the darkness has receded slightly, I still have the volume loss and hyperpigmentation. Really at a loss of whether mine will go away or if this is a permanent visual change.
