The trial in the death of Ahmaud Arbery resumed without the jury on Tuesday morning. Attorneys for both the defense and prosecution spent about an hour discussing whether to include a key piece of potential and seemingly contentious evidence: 911 calls.

So this gives them the authority to shoot someone in cold blood? The man had no stolen property on him. Not even a cell phone

The defense has no case. It's laughable. Weak.

Reports of other things that happened in that neighborhood, has nothing to do with the ACTIONS OF THE Three who Murdered Ahmand

The defense is really digging deep to make it look like heros protecting the neighborhood when they cornered and shot an unarmed black man for absolutely no reason. I hope the jury finds them all 3 guilty.

30 years in my neighborhood, car and house break ins are common. No one has shot anyone over it in all those 30 years. And protecting property is never justification for shooting someone.

I understand being on high alert, but the issue is that they were on high alert for only black men. And the suspicious individual described on a previous police officer’s cam audio stated the man was black, lighter complexed, with short twists/dreads in his hair, and arm tattoos. This description does NOT fit Ahmaud Marquez Arbery’s description at all, and yet he’s dead now. Smdh, it’s just simply unfair.

Shit was stolen when the white couple was in and out the house....BUT THEY DIDNT GET HUNTED DOWN

Total hearsay! Perhaps the tight neighborhood has a bunch of paranoid homeowners.... nothing justifies what those criminal thugs did. Lock em' up. Let them deal with their new neighbors. Tough convicts!

My question: if they had time to film the murder of A.A., why didn't the call the police, if they were "so" concerned about crime?

It's a given that most posts on Facebook are not factual, so why would it be admissible as evidence in a trial? The defendants are guilty of killing an unarmed man for no reason other than they "thought" he was a vandal, . Oh, and he was black so he must have been doing something illegal!

He had no weapon and he wasn't threat....

Wtf, he's alive, Ahmaud is dead, he can rot in jail, what's the point of this conversation.

Hearsay is precisely what those reports and Facebook posts are. How is the prosecution supposed to cross examine an anonymous police report? Even if it wasn't anonymous, are they going to bring these people into court to testify?

OMG concern does not "a shotgun shooting a man running down the street "OKAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE". Next they are going to claim that there were a number of plumbing issues in the neighborhood as a reason for shooting a man in the middle of the street being Acceptable.

I have never heard of such nonsense in all my life.
The Prosecution should bring in all of the cases of lynching in the State of Georgia, as far back in the 1800s if necessary.
