I came here, after getting up at 2 AM in the eastern USA to watch Yuma's performance at NHK 2024 (which he won, with programs so much more sophisticated; I guess his working with Carolina Kostner has really helped him -- his SP was a masterpiece) (since the British announcer kept referring to his Olympic performance). He "emotes" the music so very well! This again brought me to tears.

The beautiful performance makes me cry but so too does the image of the father who is overcome with his pride for his son. Especially knowing that while Yuma has worked hard for this performance, Mr.Kagiyama has also worked hard like his son to recover from his illness
