File Explorer not Showing Anything & Says This Folder is Empty {Not Showing Recent Files & Folders}

File explorer not showing anything like recent files and folders and says this folder is empty? You can fix it easily. Open FIle Explorer. Click on View tab on the top left. Click on Options on the top right. Click on Change Folder and Search Options. Under General Tab make two changes.
1- Make sure to Change File Explorer Open to Quick Access instead of This PC.
2- Under Privacy at the bottom of General Tab, check these two options to enable them.
a- show recently used files in Quick Access
b- Show frequently used folders in Quick Access.
Click on APPLY and OK.
