Piano restoration of a heavily damaged Dietmann upright piano.

This old upright piano was heavily damaged during transport. Broken piano keys, big piece of wood out of the piano board front and several other damages to the cabinet and other parts.

After removing all the keys I did multiple rounds of sanding and filling. Thereafter all wooden parts were primed a couple of times. The painting process was finished with 3 coats of shiny protective finish in clear satin.

All piano parts are cleaned including the keys end felt parts.
Finally everything was put back together and after tuning the piano it is ready to play!
