I was that child with ADHD feel more powerful than weak able to learn what i love faster and to use it without ever thinking ...my advice for kids have any plan and try to take it slowly avoid sugar and too much screens as you can books always your friend

HELPS WUTH MY ADHD NOT ALOT AT ONCE BUT DOSAGE. I DISAGREE THAT EXLUDING FOODS N DRINKS HELPS. BUT ILL AGREE TO A WELL BALANCED MEALS WHO HAS THE MONEY TO OAY THOSE HIGH PRICED HEALTHY ITEMS
