Carnivore diet has been the only diet to pretty much reverse my adhd symptoms. I'm not hyperactive, and since I was a teen this went away on it's own. But all the other little symptoms like focus and feeling rejection heavier than most.

Omega 3 has importive my energy ans focus. I'm anemic so I need iron. Magnesium helps calm me down. Sleep better.

A read an article about a connection between ADHD and cigarette smoking. That would make nicotine a popular natural product taken by people with ADHD to manage symptoms. Alcohol would probably be another.
Caffeine is the natural supplement of choice for ADHD.

In my experience I have extreme sensitivity to whatever goes into my body be it food, drink, pharmaceuticals, etc. I have always had adverse reactions to any medications I have taken, even at the lowest dosage. What I've actually found to work best has been grass-fed beef organ based nutritional supplements such as that offered by Ancestral Supplements or Heart & Soil. Quite literally within an hour of taking these all my ADD/ADHD afflictions disappear.

Can anyone help me! I have ADHD central nervous system concentration issues memory! Gingko wasn't enough! I know there are herbs that can stimulate the mind without the harmful effects of stimulants! Please advise!
