Hi, I am a K1fiance visa and i recieve notice of action or the I-797 and i have my Alien number. My question is why the USCIS didn't send me a copy of my NOA2 or tje I-797C for my son. But he has already an A -number. What i have to do? Because i need to process the 1-485 and the I-797C is needed documents. Thank you!
