I got fed up with myself a couple of weeks ago and said a prayer in a church parking lot. I said that prayer with such feeling it was like a prayer I have never said before. The next day a small little blessing happened and I believed it was God. I'm so glad I found this today on the internet. I have proven, the hard way, that I can't get better without God. I have tried and tried. Now I feel good because I'm putting God first

I was having some late night thoughts about how badly I wished to get closer to God but lacked the knowledge and guidance. I just didn't know where or how to start. After several YouTube searches I believe the Holy Spirit lead me to this sermon. It is exactly what I needed in order to begin once again my walk with Christ. I’m here because I’ve been running in the dark and need to get closer to god so I can start seeing where I need to go and the path I need to take. I’m in need of a teacher and someone who will still love me when I mess up someone who will forgive me and someone who can teach my kids someday when they’re on there own and are sitting in the dark like I am. Lord this is day one of me trying to build a better relationship with you. And I’m gonna start by saying this. Thank you for everything you’ve done not just for me but for all of humanity thank you for the sacrifices you made to make our lives better and I’m sorry for the wrongs I’ve done and the wrongs we’ve all done and I’m thankful that you’re so forgiving.

This really helped me :) I am one of those people who have had and been through a really rough life. I’m 15 and I’ve been bullied all the time through out school and my parents are abusive and call me all sorts of names. I literally have no feelings I’m not even kidding I don’t laugh ever, I’m shy, I just don’t care about anything. I’m going to be honest I’ve done very bad things and am very selfish. I just need god really bad and I have a hard time understanding where to start at becoming a better person and Christian. I am very depressed, I have barley any friends in school :( I need god very badly I just don’t know how to start.
