How to uninstall Cortana from Windows 10

Command to remove Cortana:- Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.549981C3F5F10* | Remove-AppxPackage

Procedure:-
1. Open Powershell as Administrator
2. Paste the above command in the Powershell window
3. Reboot the system

Can confirm that this does NOT work on Win10 as of 10/1/20. It won't let me change permissions or do anything else with Cortana in the SystemApps file directory either. How do I delete this piece of shit?
