How Will I Know When It's Time To End Therapy?

Who doesn’t know themselves ? I certainly knew myself before lengthy therapy. Maybe an extremely arrogant view, but my therapist brought nothing to the party. I’ve had years and years lonely self analysis. My lack of self worth and depression remained as robust as ever, maybe worse, because I had put faith in him and the therapy.
