The BMW M series is set to maintain its long-standing reputation for high-performance vehicles with the latest updates to the M4 model. This car combines increased power, modern design tweaks, fresh customization choices, and digital enhancements, all aimed at elevating the driving experience.

At its core, the 2025 M4 model retains the robust twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six engine from the previous year. The standard version delivers a solid 473 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque. The rear-wheel-drive Competition model steps it up with 503 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque. Notably, the M4 Competition xDrive, with its all-wheel drive, gains an additional 20 horsepower, totaling an impressive 523 hp.

Speed-wise, all M4 variants are capped at a top speed of 155 mph. However, there's an option to enhance this limit through the M Driver’s package, which can increase the Convertible's top speed to 174 mph and the Coupe's to 180 mph.

Aesthetic updates include a new headlight LED design, lending a contemporary flair to the M4's front end, while the taillights feature an innovative laser-enhanced design. For those looking to personalize their vehicle, BMW introduces an eye-catching M Design exterior graphic. This design option includes a bold center stripe along the car’s hood and trunk, available in black or red, complemented by the M logo and additional slender lines on the body.

Inside the car, a redesigned steering wheel stands out, now sporting a flat-bottomed shape and updated spokes, with the option of a special M Alcantara finish. BMW's latest iDrive 8.5 infotainment system is incorporated through a new 14.9-inch touchscreen. This system is accompanied by a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster positioned behind the steering wheel. The standard BMW Live Cockpit Professional system includes features like navigation and an M-specific head-up display.

Pricing for the 2025 BMW M4 has been adjusted accordingly. The base M4 Coupe is priced at $80,095, including the destination fee, while the rear-wheel-drive Competition Coupe is listed at $84,195. The M4 Competition xDrive Coupe is slightly higher at $89,295. Opting for the convertible version of the Competition xDrive will set buyers back $96,295.

Is the M3 Comp getting the CSL style front end? It looks like it from the spy photo's that I've seen.

It still looks like a dork! It doesn't need a facelift, it needs a nose-job...get rid of that thing in the middle that we are calling a grill! Nice rear lights though :)

The M4 already has the Mustang silhouette and now they want the "racing stripes" too? Get rid of that buck tooth beaver bullsht front grill.
