Old headlights were actually the highlight of the front for me, but somehow I don't mind this new design. Seems much more aggressive and kind of fits the "Rabid Rat" look that the grill is imitating :)

I had been waiting to see these new headlights properly since I saw the leaks months ago, I thought they had potential and they absolutely delivered.
Absolutely love this facelift, I think the M4 deserved this (along with a proper un-broken shoulder lol)
After seeing this, I can't wait for the M3 refresh, because we (my family) are going to be getting that one.
And also that new steering wheel is AMAZING

Headlights are awesome, look more aggressive while still retaining some subtleness like the pre-LCI. Taillights are beautiful. I’m more interested in the G80 LCI myself, I think the new style changes will look even better on the sedan.

Often wonder how many people who say they prefer iDrive 7 over 8 have actually spent significant time driving, or own a BMW with iDrive 8. As someone who has owned and daily driven a BMW with iDrive 8 for the last year and a half, I love it. I got used to the look fairly quickly and it no longer looked “tacked on” after a surprisingly short amount of time. Now, to me, it actually makes iDrive 7 look dated.

I will not understand people seeing these headlights as an upgrade. Taillights are huge but a L for the CSL owners.

I own a '23 M240i with the iDrive 8 style screens and no physical buttons for climate control. I was worried about that being an inconvenience but I really don't need to mess with it much. The "auto" climate control setting does a great job so it's really just a matter of raising or lowering the temperature setting occationally. It even controls the heated steering wheel and seats automatically so when warming it up on a cold day everything is good to go when i get in. I really don't miss the physical controls at all.

If I could get one, I would just get the new one and replace the new head lights with the old ones, or the other way get the old one and replace the tail lights with the new ones.

I appreciate them updating the headlights to look more up to date with their "2 diagonals" trend but I still prefer the transparent semi-hexagons.

One of the coolest things about BMWs was that for ages you could instantly recognise one in the mirrors by the iconic angel eyes 

It's a HUGE MISTAKE to give up on them but honestly what was done right in this gen's lineup? 😂

I do not like the new headlights, I love the csl tails, and the steering wheel update. So the play is get a 21 g82 m4 comp for like 65-70k, slap the csl tail lights and the updated steering wheel on it, tune for power and ur good to go.

8:29 I also see a noticeable difference in the shark fin on the roof. Looks like a normal sk8nny shark fin on the old model but the wider one on the new one. Is there a camera in it for a digital rear view mirror? I really hope so! BMW needs to start getting those implemented on their vehicles.
