something needs to be said here... it's very rare to ever have "things line up.." (in this way)
what i mean is, to create/adapt a movie and have someone remotely available in Hollywood that can become this icon... to get the correct cast and screenplay, the correct set designer, the correct director to EXECUTE something so difficult where, at any point, could've ruined this movie so easily.. yet creatively, this IMPOSSIBLE task became more than i think anyone bargained for and ultimately OVERCAME..
to top it all off, we had someone in music talented enough to create the theme for this movie and also remind us how we *really feel about ourselves - whether we'd like to admit it or not.
things dont usually come together like this, so please recognize and appreciate this truly special time!
