Steps:

1. Access your cPanel from the hosting account.
2. Open SSL/LS option under Security section in the cPanel.
3. Generate the SSL Certificate Signing Request (CSR)
4. Open SSL Certificate in your GoDaddy account
5. Provide the CSR you created
6. Once SSL is active, test your WordPress website
7. Log into your WordPress website, head over to the settings and update WordPress site URLs to the new https version.
