It is really sad that so many people in the comments believe that he is not natural... That body is easily achievable natural and if you have a naturally lean physic you can manage to permanently have it throughout the year.

Channing was an all around athlete growing up he has always been in great shape this looks like a normal lean body for him. Probably one of the few natty bodies in hollywood.

Intermittent fasting, stop eating crap, reduce the quantity of food on your plate, reduce sugar and bread intake, light exercise, walking, cycling, running if you want but don't have to and lastly be patient, stop looking at it as a means to an end but rather as a way of life and you'll have a lean, easily maintainable physique.

Same thing happened to me, I went on deployment (navy 6 months) at 190 lbs at 5’9 and came home weighing 147lbs! Best shape of my life! 3 months after being home and only working out once or twice a week I gained 30lbs back 😂😢 some people are just built different. Diet and weights and calisthenics are key

I work a 9-5 and go to the gym twice before work

What helps me stay in shape Is the 9-5, because I’m walking around for most of that time in a warehouse, walking being a low intensity cardio exercise.

I love broccoli, I love brown rice, and there are tons of foods that are equally healthy and equally lean – quinoa, sweet potatoe, pumpkin, black beans, basically all kinds of vegetables and salads. And you can make them all incredibly tasty with the right seasoning. The working out part is tough. I agree with him on that. Diet just requires more culinary knowledge.

Channing Tatum in MM has a body type that any cross country runner or swimmer can achieve in less than 3 months of good weightlifting. Guarantee 0 PEDs were needed. Dudes probably like 170lbs in that movie lmao.
