What Dose of LDN would you use for Sleep Issues?

Quick question about sleep issues. What would be the dose? And my response was, it's really hard to say. A lot of people initially experience sleep disruption so we might see the first week or so after initiating LDN or dose escalating a little bit of restlessness at night. And then after that it'll kind of settle down and we might see those deeper states of sleep. But it's hard to say. I would I would say that's probably the dose for that individual is where they're going to see the best benefit for sleep in general. I don't think there is just specifically a sleep dose.
