There's a lot of improvement in my hair. I have been using reactivaate serum of liittllextraa for 4 months. It has become routine. Specially, so little hair fall which you can't even consider. Furthermore, my hair has now grown longer with new hair growth and volume has specially increased. I am very excited with the results.

Myself stopped my hair fall with these. Detangle your hair easily with a wide tooth neem comb to avoid breakage, particularly when hair is wet and more prone to breakage. Apply liiitllextra cocoonnion shampoo and lightweight hair oil twice a week. This is essential part of my hair care routine and performed well in hair fall control.

So, basically, you can either be bald and ripped or just bald.

Three years on five grams a day, almost 40 years old, zero hair loss.

Started taking creatine aged 18, have taken it consistently for almost 10 years (I’m 27 in 3 months time). I am genetically predisposed to mpb and have in the last 1-2 years began to show some thinning of the crown and temples. I would anecdotally say that creatine has had very little to do with this. My mpb genes are the culprit.

I love that this dude got straight to the point and then gave the science to back it up

Creatine doesn’t cause hair loss, Creatine affects the hormone that causes hair loss. So technically, it does.If you have a family history of baldness/thin hair, chances are you’ve already seen those signs before taking Creatine. Creatine just accelerates it. Obviously not everyone reacts the same.

What if I identify as a women instead of man? Would that prevent me from losing hair?

Fuck it, I'd rather be bald and look in incredible shape than be fat with a full head of hair

I find this a weird answer. Nobody is asking if it CAUSES hair loss, they're asking if it speeds it up. People who haven't lost any hair generally aren't worrying about hair loss lol, it's people who have the gene by default. No reference to scientific evidence at all in this video to actually explain where the idea that creatine causes hair loss comes from. This is literally just your opinion dude.

The proper answer YOU DID NOT GIVE BY YOUR INITIAL ABBREVIATED ANSWER.The answer is YES IT DOES INCREASE HAIR LOSS IN GENETICALLY SUSCEPTIBLE MEN THAT PARTICIPATE IN WEIGHTLIFTING INTENDED TO STIMULATE MUSCLE HYPERTROPHY.¹

Yes Creatine does cause hair loss. I would take 10g a day, and within 2 weeks of taking that everyday my hairline was thinning rapidly.
so I tested myself.
I got off of Creatine for 8 weeks and my hairline was much much better. got back on and hairline was shedding off again.

I’ve fought the temptation to take creatine for more than ten years since seriously working out. I have male pattern baldness in the family and heard anecdotal horror stories from guys and their hair loss speeding up due to creatine. In the end I decided, for me, a full head of hair and muscles is better than baldness and muscles.

I started working out and taking creatine. I have long hair and its thick. I started see hair all over my house and thought oh no.... I stopped working out and taking creatine. I have stopped seeing hair all over my house. I mean all the corners of my house had dust balls of long hair. So.... Yes it does cause hair loss.

The main take away is that yes it will speed your hair loss if you have the gene for male pattern baldness. Even working out increases DHT so that will speed it up too. Also eating animal products that contain creatine will speed it up. So many factors.

The people saying they haven’t had no hair loss are the ones with good hair genes. If your family got bald patches and receding hairlines you have a high chance that you will also get that as well. Creatine just causes increased DHT and what that means for your body depends on your genes. There has been no study relating creatine to hair loss, but there are studies that do relate it to increased DHT.
