One of the most awesome training courses I went through during my career was developed by the same professor who started and runs the body farm mentioned a little after a half hour into this audio. It was called, "Recovery of Buried Bodies and Surface Remains" and lasted a week.

Instructors spend part of the course with students in the classroom. After the lecture portion was complete, our class was split into teams, then given a map to a nearby rural location where human remains had been hidden a full year prior to the course. Of course none were surface remains, which I expected. It would've been much too easy for the students to find them. After that it's simply a matter of following the training and using the step by step procedure we were taught in lectures. We were given full access to everything any team of detectives had in order to be thorough and successful in our task. That included the use of a cadaver dog, a total station unit, even thermal sensors and a ground penetrating radar type device that detects subsurface anomalies. The best tools were the dog's nose and an inexpensive fiberglass rod, which was about a quarter inch in diameter and about six feet long. It allowed us to differentiate between hard, compact, natural earth, and softer soils that shouldn't be in the same place.

All in all it was an incredible learning experience. I'm listening to this audio a second time because I got way too lengthy with my comment. Ahh well, Sasquatch stories are rarely boring anyhow.

Finally i ve heard something that does make a sence concerning wood knocks that are actually not wood knocks but sound from mouth as that person decribed..i can produce kinda that sound and when you put hands close to mouth like you are going to yell it really sounds like knocks and that is probably source of confusion..maybe they even use wood knocks but somehow it really make sense what this guy sad....i can imagine how loud is when this being make that sound.

my friend 1 day walked up to a tree about 3 feet wide to relieve him self. then a streem started flowing on his head and was very warm and smelly like skunk piss . he realized after they left big foot was also relieving him self.
