I'm somewhat new to your channel and I love the way you do your videos! Very down to earth and not overly produced like many I have seen and passed on. Keep up the great work!
I spent a summer a VERY long time ago with a cousin doing commercial fishing catching buffalo but have never actually eaten one. This makes me think I might hit up the local fish market and see if I can get me some buffalo ribs just to try them out.

I have caught a ton of those fish over my lifetime and have never eaten the ribs. What an awesome video not to mention the fight on the lighter tackle.
