This is the famous Ford GT40 story of how Carol Shelby helped engineer the Ford GT making it capable to win 1st, 2nd & 3rd at the 24 hours of Leman against all comers including Ferrari. This was thought to be impossible. But Ford pulled it off even though Ford's program was new, untried. Then Ford came back and won the next two race seasons 1st, 2nd & 3rd!!!! Crazy story, super car.
