Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called on people to do their "duty and strengthen our democracy" as voting was underway for the 96 Lok Sabha seats in 10 states and Union Territories in the fourth phase of the national elections today. Simultaneous polling is also taking place in all the 175 Assembly seats in Andhra Pradesh and 28 Assembly seats in Odisha. The main focus of the fourth phase polls is on West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh, where big ticket candidates like Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra and Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury are in the fray
