The backup with art by Francesco Francavilla has developed an out there and wacky style that has placed the Joker in a bunch of bizarre situations like the one in this video. I think the baby Clayface could also be a reference to the Harley Quinn Show. There is an episode in the 2nd season where Jim Gordan tries to arrest Clayface and only gets his arm, then Jim and the Arm have a father son relationship over the episode with the arm reforming to Clay at the end. Then in season 3, we see Jim has a tattoo of Baby Clayface with the words 'Never Forget'.
