4000-4500 salary hai par 1 bhk house, heating, electricity travel food sab kuch milake minimum 3000 to 3500 euro kharch ho jate hai. Only 1000 euro ka savings hai. 90000 rupees you can save in india. Luxembourg is too much expensive.
