I turned off my phone for 3 days straight

At the end of the summer, I went camping for a long weekend and took an accidental social media detox. Here's what I learned from turning off my smart phone for 3 whole days (and here's what I did when my phone was off).

Excellent video Katie. I agree with you I am the same, I like spending time using my iPhone to create content because it's creatively fulfilling. I usually take a break from my phone every Sunday. I call it #SwitchoffSunday.

I don't check my emails on Saturdays and Sundays - clients can wait till Monday - nothing is really that urgent, well as urgent as we think it is.
