The 2016-2017 Ford F150 is probably the most reliable. rarely any issues and the 6 speed transmission. If you can find one for a good price. snag it up. This 2016 was just getting the brake master cylinder recall.

I love those years especially with the 5.0 . Only had to do water pumps with the extended idling but even then it was a super easy fix.

Wife’s got a 2016 with 90, 000 miles and its been the best and hope to get another 200, 000 before any problems down the road

I have a 16 F150 5.0 King Ranch with 155, 000..regular maintenance 3-4000 mile oil changes. Still a beautiful truck!!

My 2004 fx4 is still going strong. Rust is beginning to show up as it sits outside. 5.4 is quiet! Oil and motorcraft filters every 4000 miles. Pennzoil platinum

Currently driving my 14 Lariat with the 5.0 and 108, 000 miles. Still need to do the 100K service but she runs like a top. I’ll drive this truck until the wheels fall off.

2010 f150 5.4 3v. 165k miles. No issues. So far only had cam phasers replaced at 120k miles. Are later versions of this motor known for having blown tensioners or locked up roller followers like the early versions?
