Good Morning Keri

I enjoyed your above Video, but I am an Over Eater and the reason I Over Eat is Emotional.  I Over Eat to Numb my True Feeling, it is not the Portion of the Food, etc.  I do realize when I choose Nutrient Rich foods that Fill me Up and Keep Me Satisfy I do a whole lot better.  Processed and Refined Foods keep me coming back for more!  People Over Eat to Numb their true feeling or as a Band-Aid, a Cover-Up for their true Feelings.  They Over Eat for what they Lack in there Life!  For a Past or Present Feelings.  Thank you again for your Video, do you have a Video on how to Succeed on Emotional Eating.  Have a Great Day.
