Overview:
A partition is a programmed area within the alarm that is assigned to alarm zones, or devices, in those areas.

Users typically only have partial access to a site's alarm access, hence the need to correctly assign their access levels as needed.

Before we start:
1.The user number assigned to them.
2. Their user code to verify you are programming the correct user.
3. A numbered list identifying where the alarm's partitions go to.
4. Which partitions this user needs access to.
5. Our own supervisor code to enter user programming.
