I figured it out. I'm using pc. And a common problem there is the audio cards. Some cards can't go lower than a 1024 bit buffer. That means a lot of added latency. Removed a lot of the latency by using the onboard chipset on my motherboard. Now I barely notice it.

Have you tried calibrating your audio? I had a similar problem, try playing through the 3 cable plug to your tv/xbox instead of a HDMI, other than that /shrug

How do you stay so on time? I got 85ms latency from string to audio feedback, and I could never play it that tight.

It was bad. I was using a usb soundcard with a 1024bit buffer. Switched to onboard chipset AC97 and I now have tweaked it down to 192. Much better!

U should have taken a sip from a juicebox at the start of the video instead of a red plastic cup!
