I apologize for the confusion on single and dual motor. On "S" both wheels had enough power to spin when I had it off the ground and thought it was in dual motor mode because both were turning. Tapping the S and D buttons changes the power mode from 1, 2, 3, but you have to hold the S or D to switch into Single or Dual, then toggle power modes by tapping S and D.

I just realized today that the vmax r55 pro is the exact same scooter as the old hiboy titan pro lol . They claim they make and design their own scooters that clearly isn’t true

This actually looks appealing, but so much missing from the website, biggest thing being the weight, also what brand the battery cells are . I love the single sided swing arm on the back wheel, and the brakes being like a motorcycle, but want to know more before throwing $ at it.

BIG NOPE here. You can get so much more BANG for the same price or less. IPX of "5"!!!???? SUPER NOPE. Most have around 51. This thing is gonna die if you spit on it.
