Yay. Glad this company is finally distributing in the US. I would love to try their Ox.

That’s a 600 to 700 dollar scooter at best. I have the Edrift version of this. Great scooter but didn’t cost 1, 100.00. Thanks for the review. 🛴

Just ordered it. Some changes are they now have 3 models, each with different ranges, and the price ranges from $600 to $800 which is cheaper than its intro prices. That said there is a lot more competition in the ultraportable space now including the Mosquito. The 2022 released model has an IPx4 rating — so okay in light rain, and the rear tire is now a solid rubber tire rather than an inner tube.

I purchased this above the Mosquito because of the front pneumatic tire, since I live in a rainy city, and solid tires are death traps in the rain. Even if it’s just one tire now, it’s better than all solid tires. All other comparable ultraportables pretty much ONLY use solid tires which is a disappointment. The price being $200-400 cheaper also helped.

I know it's a year since this video was posted but I bought one new from pure electric in the UK for £419 black Friday. Waiting on delivery but at a cheaper price than a Xiaomi 1I think it's a steal.

I like the choice of music for this video and the fact that you spent so much time talking about the philosophy of the company. The scooter is way too expensive though. At over $1000 dollars, it'd be nice to see a comparison between this and a similarly priced scooter.

Now costs 600 UK smackers at Pure Electric Scooters.
But Apollo's Phantom is just around the May 2021 corner for 1900 bucks!

I got one. Had a few issues with it but it’s fast and battery lasts. I had to change the tyres because I kept in getting punctures. It’s not waterproof so I made it waterproof but wrapping it up in tape.

if they care that much you should explain if their bms is smart and can monitor at the cell level vs thr pack level

Beside the rough ride, this scooter has a major design flaw. The rear mudguard is flimsy, its tail is too stretch backward so very easy to be broken. The worse thing is this mud guard is also a part of water-proof sealing, so when you change it, the whole battery/electronic exposes to water. Moreover, its real weight is 14.3 kg, more than advertised 13.7, and much more that what should be ultra-light. I bought this as second-hand, even so it does not justify its cost. I would be mad if bought it new.

Great videos as usual. 👍👍How long the speed boost last? 2 minutes?

No downsides? Are you working for them? Sounded pretty biased.

Most important detail missing here.. IP rating..Why is it hardly ever mentioned. I like to know, can I use in rain, mud, puddles !

I like the design of the Inokim smart bike. When is it coming to the market?

Wondering if you gave those OXOs a test ride as well. I think those are Inokim's first dual hubs?

I've been looking at a Segway Ninebot Air T15 for its compact size or the ES2 for more range. What can you refer me to in that size class? I only need a ride weight of 60Kg but like to carry 13-20Kg gear on tours. I'm more after range & easy of carry from Metro, to ferry .

When will they Fix the cheap Wobble in the rear-fender? I just checked the Inokim Store in NYC ( Delancy St. ) and they have Numerous Terrible Reviews = 2.9 Rating ? It's a shame as I seriously considering a Purchase.

I did purchase the scooter Inokim light 2 in November 2021. On the 2nd day, the inner tube died on the rear wheel (which I got by mistake instead of never run-flat). I waited for the rear never run flat wheel for 1.5 weeks (thanks for the USPS delivery, appreciated). Once I installed the rear wheel, it went 8 -ty when I rode. I decided to make adjustments but the front inner tube died as well. Having had this scooter for a max of 3 weeks I used it for 2 days overall. It was the worst purchase ever with the budget >1K. Technically it was a complete waste of my time. The only plus is the look and feel. Suggestion to Inokim suppliers - Admit the fact that the inner tube or the wheel design overall is not appropriate. The scooter can not be used on daily basis.
