Little tip as an italian: use guanciale instead of bacon and pecorino instead of parmigiano reggiano.

As an Italian that made plenty carbonara, gotta say: that's a pretty good one ;) you can upgrade it with using only yolks or better quality cheese (pecorino) and meat, but technique is good, well-done!
