1. The word "Altaïr" in Arabic means "the flyer”.
2. The word "Ezio" is the modern version of the Ancient Roman word "aetius", which is also a version of the Greek word "aetos", meaning "eagle”.
3. The ship that Connor uses in AC3 is called the "Aquila" which also means eagle in Latin.
4. Connor's father is called "Haytham" which means "young eagle" in Arabic.
5. The ship that Edward uses in AC4 is called "Jackdaw" which is a bird.
6. The name "Arno" means "the eagle rules" or "strong as an eagle" in German.
7. There is a constellation in our stars called the Aquila which takes shape as an eagle, and its brightest star is called Altaïr (it's also the 12th brightest star in the night sky).

who told the ubi marketing team that people want 17 trailers for a game before release? after unity i kinda want a break from the series and bombarding me with trailers is not helping. leave some stuff for me to discover on my own when the game launches. i felt like i knew almost everything about unity when it launched and the only reason i know so little about syndicate is because im actively trying to ignore it
