I was told once, a great teacher isn't the most knowledgeable one, but the one that can make students eager to learn,
And David surely does that, even we he mess up, he can still continue the lecture with no problem, as a mathematics lecturer, it is really hard for beginners to hold their emotion after they missed up such a thing

1:44:42 that's because that's where you ISP is based or you're being pushed through a VPN. That's why GeoLocation isn't always accurate.

but in this lec there are manyyyy conventions, and you dont know why many lines written in that way and whats happening "underneath the hood "

i think the problem for geolocation of the program might be because the you are using cs50 ide who's server might located at that location and as you run https-server which is also running where your cs50 ide is running and so therefore when you give it access to your location you actually giving access to location of the server where your ide located
