my daughter in law is mexican and she is here legally. she has a good job doing payroll for a portland Oregon contracting company. my husband who is a builder in MIssoula Montana, works with many immigrants who do gardening. he says that they are hard workers who do an excellent job. I've met many of them and it is true. Last march my son called me early one morning with the news that his brother-in-law had been murdered the night before while walking in his own neighborhood. my son is in his early 40s and it is the first time in his adult life that I've heard him in tears. that funeral was one of the saddest events that I've ever been to. Spreading hate and misinformation about immigrants is wrong and everyone who does so should learn how to do research, remember the research classes that you took in college? my son called me the other night terrified that his beloved wife was going to swept up a mass deportation. Of course he's concerned. I would be, and am also. Spreading hate and misinformation is never right. and those of you who do should hone your research skills.

There's a lot of people concerned about family separation. Well...their parents should take their kids with them when they get deported so no family will be separated. Problem solved.

Good! Finally immigration that puts our country first! If you want to come here you have to make our citizens richer and stronger. You cannot be a drain on our resources or our public assistance.

Remove all benefits. Require birth certificate for public schools/services, E-Verify for work, clarify 14th amendment in regards to birthright citizenship, (no more anchor babies), Permanent entry ban for anyone deported, Fine/prosecute anyone helping illegals out of business, Begin city by city and state by state deportation raids, etc, etc. Most will self deport.

Employers with federal contracts or applicable subcontracts must participate in E-Verify. Twenty-two states require some level of participation. An employee who violates the E-Verify law may face a civil penalty of up to $10, 000 for each violation. Why not strengthen this law? If enforced, E-Verify may discourage of illegal immigrants.
